Caralluma Hesperidium
€2.00
Small Aubuca, reaches a height of 15 cm when it blooms.
At the base it has whitish bulbs with a papyrus covering that emerge from the ground.
From the centre of the bulb emerges a tuft of thin, filiform leaves, which are usually sparse.
The leaves are stinging.
In drier periods the leaves may fall off, leaving only the bulbs.
Outdoors, keep in partial shade and it does not tolerate low temperatures.
Indoors, keep in brightly lit areas and avoid contact with the leaves.
The flowers are white with a green band with an intense yellow tip.
They appear from an erect flower stalk, about 10cm long, where 3 flowers appear.
